As of June 21 rooms are in
short supply for the NACBA Conference.
There are NO rooms available for the full length of the conference at either property. Our best suggestion is to book at the Hilton for July 11 and 12th  and then move to the Gaylord Texan for July 13 and after.

Texas Sales and
Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption

An application should be filed in order to be exempted from the Texas hotel occupancy tax. It's not mandatory for a church, but it would put the church's name on the official Comptroller's list of exempt organizations. The church then must provide the hotel with the Certificate 12-302.

Churches are automatically exempt from Texas sales tax, there is no application to file. All you have to do is provide the seller with a completed Sales Tax Exemption Certification 01-339.
